• ICAI Registration Number: Optional field collected during registration for identity verification
• Device information: Basic device/browser data collected automatically by the web platform (standard web server logs)

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect precise location data
• We do not collect contacts, photos, or media
• We do not collect financial or payment information
• We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs
• We do not sell your data to any third party

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To save and sync your study progress across devices
• To send password reset OTPs to your registered email
• To improve the app content and features

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never readable by anyone. Study progress is stored in our database and also cached locally on your device using browser localStorage for offline access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any third parties except:

• Email service: Your email address is used only to send OTP for password reset (via our email server)
• Legal requirement: If required by law or legal process

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is intended for CA Final students (typically 21+ years of age). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

The App uses browser localStorage to save your session, theme preference, and study progress locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted unless you are logged in and progress sync is active.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date will be shown at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
